Our History
Anchored in Health was founded in 2021 with a simple but powerful mission: to bring healthcare back to what it was always meant to be: personal, accessible, unrushed, and rooted in genuine relationship.
Stepping out in faith, Anchored in Health began as a small Direct Primary Care practice built on the belief that people deserve a provider who listens, who cares deeply, and who walks alongside them through every season of life. What started as a vision to restore trust and connection in healthcare has grown into a thriving community of families, women, and individuals who value personalized, relationship‑centered care.
Since 2021, Anchored in Health has continued to grow while staying true to its foundation: serving with heart, honoring each patient’s story, and providing high‑quality, whole‑person care without the barriers of traditional insurance. This practice is more than a clinic; it’s a place of support, healing, and hope, and I’m grateful for every patient who has become part of our story.

I became a healthcare provider because caring for people has always been my calling. My journey began in the military, where I learned resilience, discipline, and what it means to serve with purpose. Those experiences shaped my heart for others and confirmed that God placed me in this world to help people heal — body, mind, and spirit.
After my service, I continued that mission through nursing and eventually as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Over the years, I saw how rushed and impersonal traditional healthcare had become, and I felt a deep conviction that patients deserved more time, more connection, and more genuine care.
So I stepped out in faith and created Anchored in Health — a practice built on compassion, integrity, and relationship. Here, patients are known by name, visits are unrushed, and care is guided by trust and partnership. This work is my passion and my ministry, and it’s an honor to walk alongside families, women, and individuals in their health journeys.
I’m a veteran, a mother, a mentor, and a provider who believes deeply in personalized, faith‑guided care. Anchored in Health reflects the values that shaped my life, and every patient who walks through my doors becomes part of that story.
